The Flames and Terry Miles have agreed terms on a new contract that will keep the 5'7", 175lb forward at Spectrum for the 2008-2009 campaign.  The former Slough Jets captain joined the Flames in the summer of 2007 and iced in 46 games during last season's EPL championship run.  View Story. 

Vaclav Zavoral will play a 4th consecutive season with the Flames.  The former draft pick of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs collected 47 points and 221 penalty minutes during last season's league championship capture.  View Story.

10 teams will compete for league and cup honours when the new competitive season begins on Saturday, September 20th.  The 54 game league schedule will include 18 combined cup games and will conclude with the playoff quarter final competition to select 4 participants for the playoff finals weekend.  View Details.
