Supporters Club Latest News |
Latest News From The GIHSC Committee The Supporters Club Committee is happy to keep Flames Supporters informed regarding matters that have been raised and discussed at their meetings. The Committee last met in late March 2025. A further presentation of funds (£12,000) was due to be made to the Flames will be made on 5th April 2025 and juniors that had been chosen for the England team were to make the presentation. It was noted that Colin Hill was the winner of the 200 club £1000 annual draw – congratulations to him. The End of Season on Monday 7th April was a sell out and will include a raffle, retro jersey auction and the end of season awards. The Sponsor Grid had closed and raised £2088. The second jersey draw was won by Alison Raisin, congratulations to her. Puck sales during the season raised a further £607. 2025/26 season tickets had been put on sale and the ability to add tickets to Apple and Google wallets would be available when tickets are issued. Whether a resale market could be set up for tickets was queried, but after investigation this was deemed too difficult to provide. Whilst ticket prices have increased for the 2025/26 season, the Flames still have the cheapest tickets in the Elite League. Volunteer are needed to act as door stewards and 50-50 sellers for 2025/26. It should be noted that volunteers are invited to an end of season social and receive “priority” booking for other social events as they are working on match nights.
